For everyday cleaning, just wipe it with a damp cloth and a mild soap if needed. Let it air-dry completely before your next session. We don't recommend machine washing or fully soaking the bag, as this could damage the magnetic system and shorten its lifespan.

Yes. The magnets are housed inside the bag and the back panel is designed to sit flat against metal surfaces. As with any accessory, avoid dragging the bag across painted or delicate areas, but in normal use it won't scratch or damage standard steel gym machines or racks.

Yes. You have 30 days after receiving your bag to return it if it doesn't suit you. The item must be unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging. Simply contact our support team and we'll guide you through the return process.
